The third natural remedy for stretch marks is Vitamin E. It is a fat-soluble vitamin with antioxidant properties. An antioxidant is a molecule capable of slowing or preventing the oxidation of body cells, which can produce detrimental free radicals and cell damage. And so, Vitamin E can prevent cell damage and help to repair scarring. The remedy is to take Vitamin E oil capsules, poke a hole in them, and rub the oil into your stretch marks after shower. Rub it in until the oil is absorbed into the skin.
